Option #1: is the Flat Fee MLS Listing option. This option lets home sellers pay a low upfront flat fee to have their homes listed on the MLS. We use the same MLS system that professional real estate agents use.
Option #2: is our Agent Assist Listing option. This option includes everything in the Flat Fee MLS option plus a professional real estate agent assigned to assist you. The Agent will answer questions, review offers, and provide real estate transaction advice to help direct you to a successful close of your transaction.
Option #3: is our Discount Full-Service option. This option provides many of the same services you would receive from a traditional 6% full-price Real Estate Agent at a discounted listing commission ranging from .5% to 1%. You don't have to pay 6% to sell your home!
