Option #1: is the Flat Fee MLS Listing option. This option lets home sellers pay a low upfront flat fee to have their homes listed on the Central Oregon MLS. It is the same MLS system that professional real estate agents in Bend and all of Central Oregon use.
Option #2: is our Agent Assist Listing option. This option includes everything in the Flat Fee MLS option plus a professional real estate agent assigned to assist you. The Agent will answer questions, review offers, and provide real estate transaction advice to help direct you to a successful close of your transaction.
Option #3: is our Discount Full-Service option. This option provides many of the same services you would receive from a traditional 6% full-price Real Estate Agent at a discounted listing commission ranging from .5% to 1%. You don't have to pay 6% to sell your home!
